• Assess, evaluate, and resolve issues for UH customers regarding hardware, software, network, and servers
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting of account issues associated with the Banner Student Information System (SIS) and other integrated systems
• Independently research, provide valid detailed and accurate testing results, and write up documentation of new applications or new versions of software
• Provide supervision, guidance, and direction to the ITS Help Desk students in their execution of job-related tasks
• Provide evaluation and in-depth support of services and systems within the scope of the ITS Help Desk support (e.g. DNS and IP addresses, Listserv, Sakai (LMS), email services)
• Assist with monitoring and incident response for production UH systems and services, including publishing notices and updates on service status to the UH community and involvement with security incident remediation
• Assist with advisement and remediation of web pages and documents for accessibility compliance
• Process account requests for UH Financial Systems (Kuali Financial System and PageCenter X), including provisioning and deprovisioning of user access
